Apply a moisture vapor barrier to protect against hydrostatic pressure - 3. Base Coat
Install polyurea flexible base coat - 4. Decorative Finish
Apply decorative flake or quartz
Customer may choose any blend from Torginol - 5. Top Coat
Seal with a clear polyaspartic top coat for durability and UV stability
