Wallauer's Shipping & Return Policy                           Shipping Terms & Conditions                       Shipping:                           All product are shipped within the Continental United States via UPS     Ground shipping arrival usually within 1-5 Days. Shipping is calculated within the web site based on standard size     items. Any oversized items will incur an additional charge that your     Wallauer representive will calculate for you. We cannot ship to APO/FPO or US Territory addresses. We will be glad to provide an expedited shipment method via UPS     2nd Day Air or overnight at customer’s expense. Should you require an expedited shipping method you will need to     call the store 914.948.4000 to place the order. For shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Canadian Provinces you will need     to call the store 914.948.4000 to place the order.                       Processing orders:                         We strive to fill and ship orders received by 8am EST the sameday.     However this is not always possible, depending on order backlog. If a product is out of stock or your order has issues we cannot     resolve we will contact you by phone and/or email and await your     instructions. We send confirmation of all orders placed via our e-Store to the email     address provided during the checkout procedure.                       Return Policy:                         Custom color paint, or any item that we have ordered special, is not     returnable under any circumstances. No returns after 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be accompanied by original sales receipts. Merchandise can be returned to store (in salable condition) or     shipped back at customer expense.
